Healing the Battered Heart

Our desire is to help set you free from the bondages that have held you back from becoming all that you were created to be. To teach you how to come to know Him in an intimate way – recognize his touch, his voice, his scent – so that the voice of the enemy you will not follow. God spoke to me and said, "Position them for freedom while you equip them with the Word." He said, "I'm making eagles. You are to teach and prepare them to spread their wings and fly - fly high to those places of intimacy with Me."
Hearts is not a church, but a ministry where as God’s extension we position you to be in that place He has designed for you. That place that holds freedom in Him, and where you are flowing with His Spirit. That place where you feel safe to learn of those gifts inside of you and allow the gifts to come forth.
My husband, Bruce and I come together along with a group of ladies that minister with us. We minister as the Holy Spirit leads us. God told us to minister the principles of His Word; to build foundation in each person. God showed me how they look beautiful on the outside, all put together, but empty on the inside. So we are depositing the principles of the Word of God, preparing each one to take flight in Him. Every meeting is different, but in every meeting hearts are set free. We are following the instructions of the Lord as He makes disciples. We are currently ministering out of our home while He prepares the land and the building for us to transition in to.
God has anointed us to be His extension in demonstrating all that He is in your life. He has a plan and a purpose for you, and that is what we want to help you see.
Hearts of Freedom Ministries is a non-profit organization. This ministry is solely maintained by any seeds/love offerings received by individuals.
We ask that you prayerfully seek God in your giving; recognizing that whenever you give into the Kingdom of God there will always be a harvest.
Warmly,
Bruce and Elizabeth,
Pastors of Hearts
Webster's definition of Battered:
To hit heavily and repeatedly with violent blows. To subject to repeated beatings or physical abuse. To damage, as by heavy wear.
Sometimes we only identify a "battered" woman has one that is receiving or has received physical harm, but being battered needs to also be identified as an emotional or mental abuse. Many times the violent blows are not blows with a hand or an object, but they are blows with the mouth, the words of another individual. The heavily and repeatedly words that break a person down to pieces, to the extent that they believe them and form themselves to fit those words. Those words are very damaging and sometimes become the "heavy wear" of that woman. That is the area God has called me to minister to.
It is the battered heart, the one where the bleeding and the bruising is not evident to the eye of another. The heart that desires to cry out for help, but doesn't know how or who to.
It is the heart that sits by you or passes you by and you are totally unaware that it is bleeding to death. That is the heart of many women (and men) today and that is the heart that God wants to bind up and pour healing into. The heart of His lovely daughters - His lovely creation.
